Deathgarden closed alpha starts tomorrow

Correction: The initial report and press release contradicted itself on the date the closed alpha began. It has been corrected to say that it beings tomorrow, May 9, 2018 and not today, May 8, 2018.

Behaviour Digital has announced the start of the closed alpha for their new asymmetrical multiplayer action game Deathgarden. Players that have signed up and have received an email can start playing tomorrow at 3 PM EDT. The primary focus of the first phase of the closed alpha is to test the online infrastructure and to gather feedback on the core gameplay.

At the start of each round, players have access to a skill tree where you need to choose which powers to upgrade. Maps are procedurally generated within the Garden, every round, ensuring that no two matches feel the same. The Garden is an arena-like complex where runners compete against the champion hunter.

Additional details will be discussed during the kickoff live stream at May 9, 2018 2 PM EDT on twitch.tv/deathgardengame. Players will be able to join the closed alpha an hour later at 3PM EDT, most likely after the live stream finishes.
