The Division open beta coming next week to PS4, Xbox One, PC

Tom Clancy's The Division launches in just under a month, but Ubisoft has announced that an open beta will run from February 19-21 on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. As with the closed beta, Xbox One players can get started a day early on February 18. Preload for the open beta will begin on February 16 across all platforms.

Closed beta participates will be happy to hear that it won't be the same content that they have played through countless times. A new story mission will be unlocked, and everyone that participates in the open beta will receive an exclusive in-game reward once the full game is released on March 8.

Hopefully, it's a rare scarf or hat...I'm serious.

The development team has been reading the feedback from the closed beta and ensures that all of the exploits and PC cheating issues will be resolved by the time the game launches on March 8. For likely than not, we will see a pretty massive day one patch before the servers go live.
