LOOT Interactive Goes Indie, Launching 3 Titles this Summer

Formerly known as LOOT Entertainment, the once Sony owned company has unveiled it's new direction as an independent game publisher under the name LOOT Interactive. LOOT will be showcasing three unique games at E3 2015 in the IndieCade Showcase. Whispering Willows, Back to Bed, and Velocibox are already available on PC via Steam, but LOOT will be bringing these indie games to the PlayStation platforms (PS4, PS3, Vita) for release this Summer.

"LOOT Interactive's E3 presence reflects the company's mission as a newly independent game publisher – to seek out memorable indie games that set themselves apart with unique, challenging gameplay, and bring them to new audiences on broader platforms, such as PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita."

A horror themed title, with plenty of puzzle elements, Whispering Willows developed by NightLight Interactive (available on PC and Ouya), has a "Very Positive" user review rating on Steam. A 2D adventure featuring painted artwork, players take control of Elena Elkhorn as you set forth to rescue her father from evil spirits.

The 3D isometric puzzle game Back to Bed is bursting with surrealism (think M.C. Escher meets Salvador Dali), as you guide the sleepwalking Bob from his office, to his nice comfortable bed back home. Instead of having direct control of Bob, you'll manipulate the environment to create a safe path for Bob to follow. Back to Bed has over 100 user reviews on Steam, earning a "Very Positive" rating.

Developed by Shawn Beck Games, Velocibox is a fast-paced endless runner, challenging players to guide a box through an unforgiving obstacle course resembling a tunnel. With over 70 different patterns, you'll need to quickly move, flip and spin the box across all four surfaces, changing your perspective to escape and avoid all sorts of hazards. Just like Whispering WIllows and Back to Bed, Velocibox also has a "Very Positive" user rating on Steam from over 100 user reviews.
